Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain terms. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — if you need this to be legally watertight for a specific jurisdiction, have it checked before relying on it.

1. Who we are

EvolveX ("we", "us") is a TikTok Shop growth agency. This policy covers the personal data we collect through evolvexofficial.com, including our contact form, sales forecaster tool, and newsletter/consult booking links. For any privacy question, contact us at info@evolvexofficial.com.

2. What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you submit:

Name, email address, and company/brand name (contact form, homepage CTA, forecaster unlock)
Any message or project details you choose to include
Audience type (brand or creator), if selected

We also use the Meta Pixel, which collects standard browsing data (pages viewed, general device/browser information) to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences on Meta platforms. See section 5.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services
To send the forecast or information you specifically requested
To measure and improve our advertising (via Meta Pixel), where permitted

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and delivered to our inbox. Our site is hosted on Netlify. Both are third-party processors with their own privacy and security practices — see Formspree's privacy policy and Netlify's privacy policy.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel to track page views and form submissions for advertising measurement and retargeting. This may set cookies in your browser and share data with Meta. You can opt out of interest-based Meta advertising via your Meta ad preferences, or block tracking generally using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

6. Your rights (UK & EU visitors)

If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data under UK GDPR / EU GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email info@evolvexofficial.com — we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it on request where we're not legally required to keep it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
